Terms & Conditions
The legal basis for our quotes, installations, and service agreements.
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements between WTW.nl and the client.
2. Quotes and Offers
All quotes are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise. Offers do not automatically apply to future assignments.
3. Execution of the Agreement
WTW.nl will perform the agreement to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship. If and to the extent necessary for proper execution, WTW.nl is entitled to have certain work performed by third parties.
4. Warranty
We offer a standard 5-year manufacturer warranty on the HRV units we supply, provided maintenance is performed according to specifications. We provide a 2-year warranty on installation work.
5. Payment
Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.
6. Liability
WTW.nl is not liable for any damages arising because WTW.nl relied on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by or on behalf of the client.
7. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to every agreement between WTW.nl and the client.
